Double story extension

Work carried out to add an extension on to this old three story house and to gut and re model the existing. Whole of the extension was built in two skins of block and then later clad in building stone. New roof was covered in reclaimed welsh slate to match the existing.

New Build dormer bungalow llanrhaeadr

One of our on going projects is this traditional looking dormer bungalow. Bricks are reclaimed look and then stone cladding to the porch frontage.

New build Llanrhaeadr

Timber framed house built on the site of the existing customers cottage. Work involved carefully demolishing and reducing the site levels considerably. The floor pad was laid and then a timber-frame kit erected. The external finishes were krend and timber cladding with a blue engineering brick chimney breast.

New build house and garage Hindford

We built this large victorian style house and garage  back in 2013. Features flat gauge arches, Flemish bond brickwork and corbelling.

New Build Bryn Mawr, Four Crosses

Lovely example of a new build we completed near Four crosses, Welshpool. This was a timber-frame faced with brickwork. Groundworks and garden walls also completed by ourselves.

Renovation Windy Hall, Kerry

Work to remove an existing building and replace with a timber / oak frame extension clad in a mixture of oak and ceder cladding.
